Beavers explains what needs to be explained, why she is doing things the way she does, and when you will need to follow. It’s never a problem getting a referral when I need an updated referral. When I need refills I get on the app and submit without a long wait for a response. When I leave the office I feel like I’ve been an active partner in my treatment plan that’s why I gave that rating.
