The appointment was late and I wish she could've provide a better resolution for the kidney failure issue .

She was rude told us that she only had 15 minutes to spend with my dad. She promised prescriptions for wheel chair, a hospital bed, and meds. That never happened she told us after my dad left the hospital she wasn't the one my dad should see. When he has a appointment to follow up with the primary care doctor. She was overall very rude. I will not bring my dad back to see her again.

I don't know where to begin. She never put in my referrals until 10 to 11 days after the time she told me she was going to as if she forgot about me. The only reason they were put in this because I'm in a special visit down to the Tenaya Southwest medical. No one reached out to me no one followed up with her no one knew that she didn't do anything including putting in my visit summary until well after the time as well. She definitely because of her actions delayed my getting the care from the two referral places including hermatology and ENT. She also never responded to anything that I put into the MyChart even after the 48 hours. I'm following up with a complaint.

I felt she was dismissive of my request oncology, and didn't take enough time to review my past medical records and ask questions regard my overall health
