She was thorough in exam and assessment

I feel the office gives basic info and when I asked for help on paperwork they refused.

Take too long to get appt. With her nothing new about my situation I tell her my pain on my arms legs exercise and increase my medication she is nice but I told her I need a kane cus problem getting up and move around sometimes give me prescription that didn't help me at all

Lupus is scary and confusing, her gentle demeanor in combination with her confidence is reassuring whe I need it most. She responds to questions sent through my chart. She reviews my chart prior to seeing me-I undstand that isn't possible for every dr every time, but I feel like her doing so tells me she sees Me and my illnessas opposed to Next

She is a very good doctor

Because she refuses to give me a letter stating that I have RA and it can be painful and may affect my ability to work sometimes. She only gave me a letter stating I won't take the poison they recommended.

I had her years before and I liked her, changes insurance so had to have another DR, cam back to HPN was glad to have her back. Was very through at my visit, went over all medications and testing.

Dr Rasool is extremely educated on my condition. I trust and value her opinion. I believe she has my best interest at heart. She is patient and kind.
