I wish to try homeopathic alternatives before pharmaceuticals since I have had adverse reactions to higher doses… I am alarmed at the possible adverse reactions to the Rx prescribed to me…I am actually doing well without any Rx for now…

It was my first time consulting a rheumatologist, and I had questions and concerns about abnormal test results. Still, all that was done was a very fast recap of the test results that I had already read, with minimal explanation, a bunch of referrals, no explanation of the diagnosis or a plan to follow up, or a course of action or medication, just told me to follow up with my PCP. My problems are still occurring, and I don't have an appointment with my PCP for 6 more weeks. She seemed like a very nice person, but if I had to see this type of doctor again, I would request someone else. I did not feel seen or heard.

Undecided about her Have only seen her once and it is 4 months wait to see her again. Unreal! She is very dry. Not very explanatory. Just matter of fact. No human compassion.

I have been seeing her for years and find her to take excellent care of me. She lets me know what I need to do to stay well by take medication regularly, getting sleep and eating well. I would recommend her.
