She just began talking about her concern of my skin which confused me initially. She was behind me looking at my neck and I had no idea what she was referring to and then insisted that I go to a dermatologist. It wasn't until after the visit that I made sense of it, as I have a benign mole that I have had on my neck since I was born that we decided not to remove after a test for anythibg cancerous on an adjacent mole. She wasn't clear and made me feel as if all of my skin looked bad. It also overshadowed the main reason for my visit.

She took the time to understand my issues and made an action plan to resolve them. I feel she listens to her patient and makes decisions in their best interests.

She is nice and sweat and care for her patient.

She took each topic seriously and even touched my neck and shoulders and ribs where they hurt. Her advice to use a heating pad has proven to be quite helpful. She was kind when asking questions about my level of depression.

She is welcoming and cheerful, seems to actually care and understands needs and concerns, if she’s unavailable I’ll wait to visit

Answer to an important question was I didn't know, instead of IDK but I will find out and follow up right away. We cannot track actual improvement of my condition making the follow up of little value. Ela was very kind but I believe I need my direct MD care for my condition.
