Dr Dino is a very good doctor. He went over all of my test results and explained everything very clearly to ensure that I understand and he also answered any concerns regarding my results. I felt 100 % at ease after my visit.

My dr, Dr Dy is the best. He has an excellent bedside manner. He is a really good listener. He addresses my concerns very promptly. He doesn't just try to push medications off on me. He is great with following up. He is also empathetic. He is very thorough. He is the best.

As a patient of almost 20 years, Dr. Dy is the ONLY doctor who wanted me to come in a second time same year, which is not covered by my insurance. I did not go in a 2nd time last year, will not do so this year, and will be changing doctors for next year's visit. Because my blood pressure was up, due to my own mistakes (forgot to take pills two days in a row and was way overdoing my salt intake, something I of course have corrected) Dr. Dy prescribed a second pill for blood pressure that didn't seem necessary to me. When I got home and did some research online, taking the second pill along with my regular one COULD BE DANGEROUS! (I can forward the info if desired). I don't know why, but I never did feel comfortable with Dr. Dy, and and that is a first for me. I have been happy - more so with some than others - the whole time I have been a patient with Southwest Medical and never before did I need a second yearly visit and blood test. I have cancelled the new prescription and blood test and will cancel the visit soon. And I would please rather you did not let Dr. Dy know my feelings. It might be just me (although I kind of doubt it) and I wouldn't want him to feel bad.
