Dr is very knowledgable with my care but A monthly medication I use was abruptly not filled. The pharmacy requested a refill script two times and I phoned in three times to follow up why the prescription hasn’t been renewed. I received no follow up why. I contacted my pharmacy and they still haven’t received a refill request from Dr. Gonzales and I still don’t have my medication and any explanation why it wasn’t filled.
