Deanna took the time to listen to my concerns, compassionately and thoroughly ran comprehensive testing, and went over my results with me. I came in suffering from side effects from a medication and she not only helped me solve the problem, she gave me preventative measures for the future. I could’ve hugged her she gave me such a sound peace of mind. In too many instances today, patients feel like a number, she was the complete opposite. She made me feel seen, heard, and taken seriously. The facility and every patient she comes in contact with should feel lucky to have her.

Deanna was absolutely horrible and I will never go and see her ever again! She completely disregarded anything that I had to say regarding my condition and dismissed me without any tests other than one to appease me after I was sobbing uncontrollably pleading with her that it was not normal like me. After I left Urgent Care I had to drive home and got completely disoriented, thankfully I ended up finding my way home. I immediately ended up going to the Hospital where they actually treated me and found that my potassium was extremely low causing me to be manic and confused along with a lot of other issues. Thankfully, I knew that Deanna was WRONG in her assessment or lack there of and went to the hospital and I sure hope that she doesn’t do that to anyone else because the outcome could be be tragic next time.

She was great, so was attentive to my needs and took good care of me.
