She was extremely patient, thorough, attentive, listening to every concern I had, taking time to understand the complex medical issues I've recently experienced. It's such a relief and refreshing to have found someone who actually cares. Sh seems to enjoy her profession of connecting directly to the patient.

It did not give me any reliable effective researching from my medical of what I came in for bloodwork, did not answer. Any questions was not accurate did not support me truly she didn’t assume to be caring. We did not connect. It was not clear and there was no balance between either one of us and my medical I didn’t expect to be treated this way The way she presented herself to me. Unacceptable to give me any support towards my medical any questions that I needed when it came to my blood work to make the situation to be more important and her tone was abruptly different this time of visit , unfortunately maybe she don’t like women of color with a voice of integrity about their health. However, it was not positive. She appeared to me very different in a level of connection with health ( this is a common thing for a paycheck and hours) D . Martinez stressed me more than helping me in my medical. This will never happen again with her and l . D Martinez consider good and bad. I’m pretty sure her educational level goes a little bit more higher than that but that’s how she identify herself to me. I’m pretty sure her blood levels and evaluating comes with numbers and reasoning. Give me the evidence. Give me the facts that’s meaningful to me! not give me any details about my blood work .Help makes understand what’s going on with anything! And referrals are overlooked and still is. pacifically said that my insurance did not take a health wellness. Seems like there’s a disagreement about what I’m asking her for. It’s like a debate what I ask if I don’t meet those qualifications then research the reasons and so that I can get what is needed for me this is ethnic .The reason I came in was to get reverent facts about my blood work some Weight Loss medical questions answered basically short to the point nothing was answered. I had to make an appointment with someone else to give me detail about blood tests taken, a waste of my time a waste of my insurance money my opinion is D . Martinez not reliable. Definitely this needs to be documented and explanation needs to be given to me. There is flaws and I’m not being an argument, but I will not see her again. This is logical.

The ability to direct a patient difficult diabetes issues. When her one answer from the beginning to my question on how will I have proof to over ride my stubborn mind was and is, the test numbers won't lie to me. She has been true to that from the first did her directions bring them down test(2nd visit) to this last visit the numbers don't lie. She is a gigantic trustful help and I am very thankful to her and her team.
