She is professional, timely, considerate, cooperative. Answer questions on test results. Gives you information and choices on medical treatments. Stays abreast of your medical procedures. Tries to cover all bases to fix what is broken with you medically. She is also very nice even through heavy caseload and pressures.Also correspondence with my family caregivers for my treatments. Very difficult being old, handicapped, and .wheelchair bound

She is very thorough explaining my health, treatment and responses very quickly when I fell ill with Covid/flu symptoms. I also has my first appt [omitted] with a follow up video call [omitted] due to illness. I really like Ms. Chin !!

Some are established and some arise out of no where making my life painful and stressful and NP Chin will study my problems and get back with me in a timely manner to resolve my problems, by finding out what is causing the health concern, or making it go away, or making it better to deal with. Answering all my questions, working with me and/or other doctors to get to the root of my health concern.
