Talked extremely fast and was very hard to understand. Had mask on which made it hard to even look at lips while speaking. Although, I do understand the mask being in that environment all day. Just spoke much too fast.

I don’t feel he was a good listener. He misinterpreted what I said in his notes. And didn’t appear to be compassionate about my medical concerns. I almost felt as though he was being argumentative in the consultation session, when I was trying to get information regarding my health.

Dr. Tian is my colonoscopy doctor. Very good in all areas. Very happy with his service.
