Dr. Tian is very communicative, thorough and provide as much as information that he can. He explains very well and makes you very comfortable.

I have had Dr. Tian do my colonoscopy for the past four or five times. He is very professional and gives me all the information I need.

This visit I seemed to annoy him that he had to see me. I was taking up his time. As soon as he came in and sat down he said “what do u need I’m very busy” I’m not kidding u he did say this. I was surprised! On my follow up visit with him, 2 weeks after the endoscopy and colonoscopy. He told me to take the Pepcid emulsion but didn’t offer advice on a fodmap diet. I got that from my PAC believe it or not. This last visit same thing. just take the Pepcid, no advice on foods to avoid. In future I would like to see someone else.

I went for my first appointment with Dr. Chaurui Tian and my experience with him was awful, he didn't have any patience to answer my questions, he was also in a hurry . I didn't understand him that well because his English is not that great . I paid $70 dollars co-pay to have an appointment with this doctor and I went home scratching my head.

Talked extremely fast and was very hard to understand. Had mask on which made it hard to even look at lips while speaking. Although, I do understand the mask being in that environment all day. Just spoke much too fast.
