She need alot of work on her bedside manor. She barely spoke to me and even wrote things on my record she didnt check. I dont want to see her again

She was great with the information she gave me and telling me about my blood work but when the specialty drugstore has been trying to contact her to adjust my medicines, it’s been about two weeks since I’ve gotten a report back to them so I’ve been off my meds for about 2 to 3 weeks. I don’t know if it’s the system or what but it should’ve been done within a day or two of the pharmacy calling to get my prescriptions corrective.

Dr. Romualdez is kind and caring. She listens to her patients, and wants to get to know them. She discusses results with the patient, explaining what everything means in a way you can understand, and values your opinion about the treatment plan. She doesn't prescribe things that aren't needed, but does make sure she covers the bases for what is needed. The staff is kind and considerate, and I haven't had any problems with them getting the things done that need to be done.
