She was very nice seem to be interested in listening to what I had to express about, my healthcare needs, felt as though she was actually listening to me and followed through with suggestions and referrals

She’s gone a bit further than others there to have me get various tests and scans done but for my main problem, she didn’t seem too worried and didn’t get serious abt it until the new prac she had working with her said something to her!!! He seemed way more concerned than she ever has been in all the years I’ve been going to her.

My first visit felt condescending. The second telehealth appointment was even worse. This provider was extremely dismissive of my health concerns. She failed to review my drug medical interactions until I corrected her. I felt judged and labeled. She implied drug seeking behavior without checking my state PDMP report. My history shows only one sleep aid in ten years which I even told her was prescribed by my neurologist for my epilepsy. I have suffered from sleep deprivation for over a year. I shared my list of failed treatments. Meditation. Supplements. Cool temperatures. Yoga. All ignored. I do not need to be referred back to my neurologist for this. It would be a complete waste of their time as my epilepsy has been under control and stable. This is a matter that my primary care provider should be more than equipped to handle and address and treat. The suggestion of a psychiatric evaluation was offensive. She mentioned perimenopause but offered zero counseling or next steps. I felt unheard and disrespected. I do not recommend this provider for serious medical issues. While I am trying the medication she prescribed for me, it does only one of the two things that I actually need it to do which is improving my time to fall asleep but does nothing to actually reduce the waking up, which I tend to do at a minimum of 6 to 10 times a night.

Brittany has always responded to my requests extremely quick. If I have a medical issue and make her aware she follows up to see if I am okay. Very compassionate and on top of my medical needs. Reviews my labs and other tests and explains each one in layman terms.

Do that she is very professional and caring about my health and directing me in the right way to the right doctors I need to see
