Prior to today,I have always enjoyed Dr Tan as my physician. She will take the time necessary to talk with you and displays a real caring about you as an individual. At her request I followed up via the online “My Chart” in regards to my request to join the GLP-1 program. I messaged her 3-4 times over a week as I got no response. She called me and was apparently very mad at me. I have never been spoken to like that . She may have had a bad day but it shouldn’t’have been taken out on her patient. I am very upset about the way I was treated.

So I had to change primary care provider because my other provider was leaving. I wish I could have found Dr. Tan so much earlier. She is just amazing and there was only 1 Doctor and 1 PA that I felt that level of compassion and concern. She went over all of the blood work that I had done and Dr. Tan got me the referrals I needed to get everything done. I would like to say with all my heart that you are extremely blessed to have Dr. Tan on your staff. I will let everyone that I know when its their time to retire to go with Optun and especially to get Dr. Tan if she is available.
