I did not get clear instructions or have a good understanding of whether or not to wait for something else, or leave after she finished her evaluation of me. I left the exam room after about 12 minutes, and later found out that I left without being dismissed.

My first visit Gastro visit since Ms. Wilson resigned. That was a devastating loss for me. I now have to prove to yet another care giver that my life long autoimmune disease symptoms are real while being gluten free. Those of us celiacs that had active Celiac, undiagnosed from birth to adults, me [omitted] when finally diagnosed have different bodies as we were malnourished and didn't develop as people without active Celiac. We have NO ONE IN NEVADA that can assist us Celiacs. Very sad state and very costly to the medical industry forcing us to continually prove ourselves and perform the same tests over and over with the same results. Its as if, it isn't in a medical book so we the patients are not telling the truth. This is physically and mentally exhausting. This behavior directly affects me and my Autoimmune system. Please educate all doctors in Celiac Disease and all the million scenario of the disease. It is not one fix for all celiacs. Each of us have different active times etc. No doctors could diagnose me. My mother was diagnosed which lead to my diagnoses. Every aspect of my body is affect by the Celiac even though I've been gluten free (proven by endoscopies) since diagnosed at [omitted]. PLEASE PROVIDE US CELIACS WITH SOME DOCTORS THAT ARE EDUCATED ON CELIAC. IM TIRED OF LEAVING THIS STATE TO AZ MAYO CLINIC AND THE CELIAC FOUNDATION IN CALIF WHO USES UCLA. WHY DOES SWMA HAVE EDUCATED DOCTORS THAT DON'T SIT THERE AND CONTINUE PUTTING ME THROUGH THE SAME TESTS OVER AND OVER HOPING IT WILL GIVE THEM A DIFFERENT ANSWER!!!!!! I AM GLUTEN FREE AND THEY DINT BELIEVE ME EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROVEN FOR THE LAST 29 YEARS I AM HLUTEN FREE OVER AND OVER. LETS MOVE BEYOND THIS AND FIND OUT WHATS REALLY GOING ON. THIS IS MENTALLY DRAINING AND IM READY TO THROW IN THE TOWEL!! WHY GO ON WHEN YOUR CARE TEAM DOESN'T BELIEVE YOU NOR IN YOU!!!

She pays close attention to what I want to tell her and explains things to me step by step; whenever I want to communicate with her, I am able to do so, and she responds.
