Dr Sandra J. Sofinski is very good!! She diagnosed my eyes. Gave me a treatment plan on how we can work together and fix my sight. She explained how she dont have the right set-up or medicine at her office. That. She will get me an appointment with an eye retina center. One day she will have the right equipment and medicine to do more procedures there. But she still does follow up appointments. She and Noel have helped me get my vision back. Yes, I would recommend Dr Sofinski and Noel. Plus, they will reassure you to call them if you have questions or problems.

Dr, Sofinski was very professional. She asked about my concerns and history. She reviewed my medication list. Her eye exam was more thorough than any I've had in the past. She went through all of her findings, she had a model of the interior of the eye and explained everything so I could understand.

Dr Sofinski is amazing. She is the best Ophthalmologist I have ever seen (and I'm [omitted], so I have seen many). She is patient and kind and empathetic. She gives more tests than anyone else and asks more questions. She explains everything in language that I can understand. I am very grateful to have Dr Sofinski caring for me.

My low rating is Just my visit to the eye doctor, Dr Sofinsky. My primary care Dr Anozie is more like a 7. I spent 2.5 hours at the eye doctor. I did testing with the assistant and that went fine. However after awhile i felt like the forgot about me in the exam room i was initially taken to, which was the last door in a hall by itself with no other exam rooms. When i complained after 25 minutes i was moved me to an exam room amongst other exam rooms. I waited another 25 minutes for the doctor to come in. The doctor asked me questions about glaucoma in my eyes that had nothing to do with me. I don’t have glaucoma and never have. She asked me four times if anyone in my family had glaucoma and each of the four times i said No. About half way into her entrance while she sat at the computer she finally said ‘oh! there you are, and said my name, and sorry and laughed. I said yes. It sounded like all that time she didn’t know who i was or why i was there until about 10-15 minutes in. Then the original assistant who did my eye exam walked in and her and the doctor talked for a few seconds and the assistant said ‘oh gosh i forgot the other half of the exam, im so sorry. We can go do that now. The doctor told her ‘wait until i give her my exam. So the doctor gave me my exam. And i couldn’t believe how rude she was.’ can you move? ‘well move in! She said this about three or four times rather rudely like yelling at me almost. Then we were done and she said she didn’t find anything concerning. Then i waited until she said ‘make sure you give us a good rating when you get your survey. Then i waited for the assistant to come get me to do the other part of the exam that she said she forgot. But instead someone else came in and told me ‘we’ll have to make another appointment for theee or four weeks from now to do the other part of the exam. By this time i felt like i was in a circus. So yeah, i wouldn’t recommend that office. And also, the last time i went there a few years ago i also waited a longer than normal time to see the doc in the exam room and then when she got there she was actually rude. it was a different female doctor. i’ve been going to optum and the only time ive had negative experiences were for my eye exams.

did not recognize the reason I was there for, repeated and repeated things over and over thus taking way too long for the appointment and not accomplishing anything but saying all is cool...
