Very Competent and Thorough about my Eye Condition.

Well she was absolutely wonderful! Dr Sofinski explained everything to me in layman's terms, advise me about the diabetic educator Optum had on staff, explain to me what was going on with my eyes and advise me on how to take care of it. It was really an amazing experience as normally I am rushed in and out of offices. The doctor took her time with me answered all my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly. She explained what next steps would be. I don't think I'll ever go to another eye care doctor again.

She was very friendly, answered any questions I had about signs of eye problems, and also explained with a model of the eye how a healthy retina should look. She gave me feedback about cataracts I had removed almost twenty years ago and her favorable impression of that job done by Keith Rothberg. She told me several times that my eyes looked healthy as she examined them.
