She is very capable and she corrected the length of the *prescription given to me when she was replaced (for my previous visit when she was ill) by another doctor quickly. She has performed extremely well on all my previous visits. *A prescription that I have been getting from this office for the last ca 30 years for 12 months. The doctor who replaced her wrote the prescription for 6 months.

Rita is one of the most caring providers I have had. When she asks me about my symptoms for various medical issues, she is truly interested and wants to make sure that I revisit her when it is necessary. She gives me great advice and great concern. I am very sorry she is leaving

Rita Suharli has been my NP for many years and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and able to provide for my care. I haven't words enough to say how unsettling it was to find out upon my last visit that she will no longer be working with Optum. I was fortunate that I had an appointment with her on what was her last week there and that I could tell her how much I appreciated her taking care of me these last years and wish her well. Being left without a NP is very concerning.

A new medical condition was identified by laboratory results. I have had no advice on how to treat that condition from the medical staff except to provide some medication without any background therapeutic information. I have had to research both the condition and the medication myself to understand the situation-I am very conflicted about a possible course of treatment and will probably stop taking some of my diabetes meds because one of them may be exacerbating or even causing the condition that was identified. There appears to be no medical personnel to help in making a correct therapeutic course of action (except me and the internet). What a mess-I am so depressed!

I've been with her a long time, and she is always willing to give me a referral or tests if I ask for them, but I feel like a lot of my concerns are not addressed. I always feel rushed when I am there.

If Rita was going to still be with Optum I would give her a 10+. She is going to be greatly missed by all her patients. So sorry to see her go.
