If Rita was going to still be with Optum I would give her a 10+. She is going to be greatly missed by all her patients. So sorry to see her go.

Dr Rita has always been very professional and very caring about my medial problems. She has made sure that I get the referrals I need to get so that I am treated for my issues. Dr. Rita takes the time needed to answer all my questions. She doesn't worry about extra time needed if I have a major concern. She is the best Dr. I have had in years and its a shame you won't let her work part time at this point in her life. I hate the idea of having to find another Dr. I wont be staying with Optum when Dr. Rita leaves

She connects with her patients. I liked her a lot. She was very professional, dedicated, friendly accurate.

Did not seem to be much interested in discussing anything. Perhaps due to the fact that MY doctor is gone. I did get a Prescription refill, but that is about it. No advice, no questions.

She's leaving so I wouldn't recommend

I appreciate her concern & caring attitude. She listens to me & explains things to me. She tells me what comes next. She is good about referring me to specialists when needed & keeps me updated on needed procedures. She makes sure my meds are refilled. She treats me as an individual. I will lose her in June & that saddens me.

Suharli appears to be on top of things. She's never appeared stumped by any problem I've to come to her with. She's a bit stand-offish, but I'm fine with that because she's been good.

Rita is overworked with the short staff. Let her stay on part time so I won't die from lack of care. When she was out last year for months my appointment s were canceled and rescheduled 5 times. I missed my annual physical last year because of it. My prescriptions were delayed or completely ignored. Numerous issues for lack of care when Rita is not available.

Have I had Rita as my primary for a good number of years she is certainly going to be missed. Hopefully, I can find someone that is as compassionate and understanding as she has been.

She is a superb NP. She is an extremely good listener. She asks good medical questions pertaining to the situation and medical problem. Her medical ethics are excellent. She is one of the best NP I have encountered with Optum!
