Grateful to have him; always appreciate his abilities in all regards; and his consistent level of good care. United’s new referral policy is our only problem. The new policy has hopelessly snarled ability to get the new kind of referrals; Dr. K has always been excellent at referrals and we believe keeps his office running well; this is a new policy of United and not of course related to Dr. K but here is the space to register this issue. It has not changed any of our feelings of Dr. K and has hampered his ability to continue to make timely referrals. Our disappointment is with United/Optum, not Dr. Koenigsberg.
