Very nice person who listened to my concerns.

There was a problem with my prescription. Rather than fix it with the pharmacy, a simple phone call, she wants me to return for a second appointment. I don't have the information, the pharmacy does! It's been over a week, 3 phone calls, and I still don't have my medication. This isn't healthcare!

She was very polite. She was very thorough in ordering test for me. She took her time with me. I would like to switch doctors and I would like to have her be my my primary doctor.

She misdiagnosed given she’s a nurse not an MD, I understand why. I should have been able to see my doctor who is excellent. Government and bureaucrats should NOT control things this way. I needed treatment, antivirals, immediately. It took two weeks to get the correct diagnosis of shingles from an EYE dr, when our Optum Dr would have caught it right way. The NP,is not at fault, just does not have the residency and internship experience. I need to see an MD! And the Eye MD really knew medicine, not just the eye. Not with Optum, you don’t have any.

She did a careful examination, and when my condition was not something she recognized, she brought in another person. However, neither person recognized my condition. I appreciate the priority that was given, but disappointed that neither person could diagnose my condition. The tests that I took did not help with the diagnosis.
