He is an excellent doctor. Thorough and knowledgeable. His office staff is terrible. He deserves better office manage staff.

reviews labs, treatment plans very well with the patient. Waiting for him to see you is another thing. I arrived for my 9:15 am appointment at 9:00. I saw Dr. Melvin Romero at 10:38 am when he walked into the exam room. My time is just as important as his time is. At other times I have been his first patient at 8:00 am scheduled appointment. He arrives at the office at 9:00 am. This is not an acceptable practice to arrive late.

Dr. Melvin is extremely knowldegable, compassionate, informative, follows through on plans, has up to date information in the mefical field and in prescription drugs and new therapies for illnesses. He also has is very practical in giving you advice on hiw to take care of yourself at home. He always reviews the steps that you need to take to follow through on his instructions. He makes sure that if you are confused on smething or he feels you may be confused he goes over the directions with you in a more understandable way again. No matter how hard or sensentive the subject he always has is so professional. He has the best bedside manner that if have ever encountered in a doctor. I wish there was more doctors like dr. melvin.
