This provider messaged about the results on lab work, already in chart, still has not followed up regarding the results of my x-rays. Does not respond to HIGH PRIORITY messages from staff, has sent several over the last several weeks regarding the results of my X-rays, as well as my sleep medicine. I am very disappointed this the provider.

She listened to me, answered my questions, and ordered the labs we talked about

She needs to maintain closer supervision with her staff in order to make sure her instructions are being followed. For instance after my appointment she asked me to keep her informed on my physical therapy which I did in oder to inform her that the pt place did not know how to treat BPPV, I never got a call back.

First of all, she isnt accepting any new patients. Secondly, she doesnt seem concerned at all about particular issues/concerns or overall health of her patients.
