I've been a patient at Optum on Coors for many many years. I felt disrespected when I was required to have a drug test for a prescription I've taken for decades. My years of experience with Optum proves that I am not a drug user or at risk for abusing the ONE and only prescription I take a day. I believe having to add 6 appointments to my year because of one prescription is a time and money waster for me and my insurance company. The one complaint I did have regarding discomfort and fatigue from shingles was met with, It just takes time. I would have appreciated a little empathy if that was the only response possible.
