She doesn’t get her messages ! I have been calling and calling , and still can’t get through to get my referral right . It has been over 9 months

She didn’t listen. She was downright scary in her communication approach. I am fully informed and educated on blood pressure/hypertension and caring for my kidney (living donor) and she was dismissive and incorrect in her advice. She is not up to date in her clinical knowledge in women’s health.
