She's the best--She's knowledgeable, very caring, she listens, she explains things in a way that makes sense to me as the mother, she is thorough and is very caring when she talks to my kids. The way she approaches conversations is very considerate and makes me feel confident in her treatment plan and helps my daughter to not feel so scared about what she's going through. I worked in health care case management for nearly 13 years, so I understand how hard it can be managing a caseload of patients, but Lori makes you feel like you're the most important patient when she's with you, she's amazing at what she does. And I think it's important for her to be recognized, so I'm glad to take the time to give this review for her.
