The first time I saw her I was not treated with compassion. It was my fault that I could not come in sooner as I had no insurance. It was the next week, that I was cared for because I am still sick.

She is rude and unhelpful. She doesn't order the tests you need. She doesn't fulfill prescription needs. Her physical exam is cursory: I had a pain with one of her abdominal palpitations and I told her but she proceeded with the exam ignoring the spot I called out to her. She flat-out doesn't know anything but the basics, and even failed to order the CBC during a physical. I asked for a specific test and her response was I don't even know what that is for. And for obvious health issues above her head/level, she doesn't offer to send referrals to specialists so now I have to go out of state for follow up care. When my insurance would no longer cover a particular medicine, she refused to write a prescription for an equivalent medicine that is necessary for my health issues. That refusal by Lois Moss made me have to find another provider who wasn't backed up 6 months but who also doesn't take insurance just for that one prescription to be sent to a pharmacy.

I'm very happy with her as my primary care. I've been her patient for many years. I have recommended her several times over the years, and will continue to recommend her to anyone that is looking for a primary care person.
