Because she is a great doctor to my kids so caring and respectful

Dr. Ward has been my daughter’s provider all 8 years of her life. Dr. Ward’s bedside manner is unparalleled. She is so kind and approachable, even about matters that are uncomfortable to discuss. She takes her time and uses a whole person assessment when seeing my daughter. She undeniably saved my daughter’s life a few years ago when chatting with us during the visit and observing retracted breathing. She asked her MA to take my daughter’s sat again, and it had dropped from 94 at check-in to 88% (and falling) just while we were in the office. My daughter had RSV and ended up hospitalized. If Dr. Ward had rushed through the visit, I dread to think what may have happened. During our most recent visit, we were there for a skin irritation issue. Again, while discussing the reason for our visit, she observed that my daughter had symptoms of allergies and immediately submitted a lab order for an allergy panel. It’s been a concern of mine, but I kept forgetting to bring it up during our visits. We now have resolution for my daughter’s skin AND answers about her allergies! We’re so grateful for Dr. Ward. She’s an amazing provider and human!!!

Dr. Ward has seen my 3 children since they were born. We were happy she was back and hope to see her in the future. She is always smiling and makes the kids feel comfortable while being efficient.

Charlie is very comfortable with Dr. Ward as she has been seeing her since she was an infant. She is a very caring and sweet doctor. She doesn't rush the appointments.
