Informed me of all test results & discussed current health issues

I saw Dr. Riniker after my NP left the practice. She was helpful, quite knowledgeable and did not hesitate to get me scheduled for further evaluation and treatment. She was also quite helpful in getting my prescriptions refilled. I appreciated that she saw me even though she was not my PCP.

She’s very thorough and makes me feel like I matter.

She was the best doctor I've seen there over the past 15 years. Too bad she departed. I really liked her attention to detail and the respect she demonstrated as she offered helpful suggestions. She was a keeper. I'm sad that she is gone.

i liked her but understand she is no longer there. Went to my Mammogram appointment to find this out. Also tried to make a 6 mo follow up and was told her schedule was not available. I hate having a different doctor every 6 months. Need to do something to keep doctors

This was only my second appointment with Dr Riniker and now she s leaving why????

Great Dr but after getting my first visit for her to be my primary Dr she is leaving. I wish you would Let us know where she is going in case we can go where she will be or if she will be out of state. So frustrating to finally find a caring and great Dr to be left out in the dark and now have to find a new one

I like Dr. Renneker, but I’m hearing that she may leave OPTUM which means I’ve seen her twice and I’m now having to look for a new general practitioner to take her place and this is the third time this has happened. I had someone else I can’t remember their name then I had ANNETTE MAXEDON and then Dr. RINIKER and now I don’t know who I’m gonna have. It’s hard to keep one when they don’t stay that long.

Listened well; very supportive, lots of good ideas, good exam.
