Kristin is wonderful. I was nervous, and she put me at ease immediately. She's kind, patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, easy to talk with, and helpful. I've had a million mental health screenings with my depression taking center stage. Kristin is the ONLY practitioner who ever took my mental health results seriously. She took the time to speak with me about seeing an Optum therapist. I told her I hadn't been in therapy for many years and was reluctant to start again. Through Kristin's masterful and gentle method, she convinced me to see someone. I was stunned and grateful that she broke through my stubbornness. She made me feel better.

All she and her assistant cared about was the list of questions on their list. If I hadn't insisted, she never would have let me discuss my excruciating neck pain. Then she rushed out of there, turned over making the PT referral to her assistant and never came back. She only gave me one month's prescription for an Advair inhaler that I use twice a day (which won't even last until I get in to see my new PCP in late July) requiring me to make two extra visits to Costco to get what should have been a three-month prescription. It was the most pathetic excuse for a medical appointment ever and I didn't even get my full 20 minutes.

Kristin graduated with honors from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. Born in Albuquerque and raised in Louisiana from the age of nine, Kristin is thrilled to return to her hometown to begin her career and serve the local community.
