Nice but not very friendly……uses worry beads during the visit.

All she and her assistant cared about was the list of questions on their list. If I hadn't insisted, she never would have let me discuss my excruciating neck pain. Then she rushed out of there, turned over making the PT referral to her assistant and never came back. She only gave me one month's prescription for an Advair inhaler that I use twice a day (which won't even last until I get in to see my new PCP in late July) requiring me to make two extra visits to Costco to get what should have been a three-month prescription. It was the most pathetic excuse for a medical appointment ever and I didn't even get my full 20 minutes.

We did nothing. I asked her if she could use liquid nitrogen to zap some sun damaged areas and she said she doesn’t do that. (Every other provider did that for me.) She gave me a referral for a dermatologist that isn’t taking any new patients and has moved but the address on the referral was incorrect also. Poor really poor. Will not see her again .

Did not follow up with me about my medication, told me what was wrong with me but didn’t give me any medication or anything to make me feel better or progress my symptoms

She was very well prepared for my visit. She had read up on my chart and knew my medical history. She took time with me, listening to my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with her professionalism and unhurried manner.

Kristin graduated with honors from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. Born in Albuquerque and raised in Louisiana from the age of nine, Kristin is thrilled to return to her hometown to begin her career and serve the local community.
