Lonsberry has been great to look at my past medical history. When I first saw her 2025, she asked me what my A1c was and I said I don't know what that is. No ONE had ever checked it and now that she told me that measures, diabetes, I was shocked, I am [omitted], have family history on both sides with it, I am extremely over weight and no doctor ever tested for it. And now I find out I scored above normal and am prediabetic! She ordered colonoscopy, she is currently trying to find the cause of my low sodium, chloride and creatinine scores that resulted in my going to the Emergency room last week! She listens to me about my anxiety medicine and what my mental health. counselor suggested and she adjusted my dose with preventive directions to take it in the evening, side effects and paying close attention to my feelings and mood in case it is too much for me. And to contact her immediately if I need to. I am so glad I have her at my age to be so knowledgeable.

Great personality. This is my first appointment with her and I felt very comfortable with her. She is extremely patient and had answers for all my questions and I never felt rushed.

Could not get early prescription refills in advance of a 3-month holiday. Refills needed two weeks earlier than scheduled but request made three weeks in advance with Optum Home Delivery, but no action until the week prior to departure when message from Optum said that and appointment was necessary before these routine meds would be refilled, but no appointment was offered in the coming weeks. Patient ran out by of critical meds in February while in SE Asia. Substandard care.
