Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and professional. She is an amazing listener and she makes sure she answers your questions. She also seems very caring and compassionate. After my visit I had a concern about Optum or the lab not applying my secondary insurance and I brought this to the attention of Dr. Singh. She responded very quickly to my concern… and it appears that she made sure that the lab had recorded my primary and secondary insurances. I too informed the billing office and followed up with a phone call. The issue now seems resolved.
