While i have not been able to maintain a PCP with Optum, Jordan is the provider I see when I'm without a PCP. He's always been professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I'm comfortable having frank, honest, and direct conversations with him. He seems to be the one Optum provider that has been stable since Optum bought out the medical group that I was with.
