Listened, responded to questions, provided information, spent appropriate amount of time-didn’t seem to have to rush through the appt as Optum doctors sometime do, respectful, friendly and easy to talk to, proactively scheduled next appt. I just hope she doesn’t leave as my previous doctors have.

Not only was I given relevant and important advice and information - but later received a detailed summary of the “wellness” appointment and other aspects of my health - I think Jessica Guerra really likes what she’s doing - Shows genuine concern and explains things clearly.
