With Jack Greenberg's retirement, I was given Jessica as the replacement PCP. After 40 plus years with Jack, I was not looking forward to this change. Upon meeting Jessica, I was impressed by her thorough knowledge and professionalism and how she took the time to try to get to know me as a patient, not just a chart. She finished our first visit by scheduling a follow up visit to revisit some of my concerns.
