DR. Gleeson is excellent in every way. Its a shame he had to work for a company like yours, that doesnt care about their staff.

I like Dr. Gleeson, but it is a moot point. You are closing his clinic.

Since Optum is shutting down his specialty, I'll be following him and, if necessary, leaving Optum in order to continue to receive care from him.

Dr Gleeson is the best. His knowledge of my diabetes is excellent and he and I get along great. He takes time to answer all my questions and is never rushing me along. I am hopeful Dr Gleeson and I will remain together despite Optum’s decision to close the endocrinology department.

First of all, I had to wait about an hour in the exam room and when the doctor came in, he didn't bother apologizing for the delay. He didn't even know what I was there for. Overall, it wasn't a very good experience.

Dr. Gleeson does not have the more compassionate bedside manner, but I don't mind his straight forward approach. He gathers the necessary information for my care, checks if my care is doing what I want and need, and explains how my treatment will continue.

Dr. Jeremy Gleeson is a highly experienced endocrinologist with over 40 years of clinical practice. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of diabetes, lipid disorders, thyroid conditions, bone metabolism, and other endocrine disorders. Dr. Gleeson earned his degree from the University of Auckland Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Utah Health.
