Jerald Loy is an amazing provider and he takes really good care of me.

He is one of the nicest providers I’ve ever had. His bedside manner is top notch and he goes out of his way to help as much as possible

We know each other well, so I have good continuity of charge. He is both highly competent and sensible. No complaints what so ever about him.

Friendly willing to listen. What I did not enjoy was how quickly Dr Loy had to move on to his next appointments.

Since my visit I sent several messages to Jerald. He thought I might have pneumonia and referred me to get chest x-rays. The referral place wasn't performing them for 5 more days, so I sent a message to Jerald asking for a prescription for antibiotics. He finally responded 5 days later, and submitted the prescription to a mail-order pharmacy, despite me clearly stating in my message what local Walgreens to send it to. After getting my x-rays and seeing the results on MyChart I sent him another message asking if the results mean I have or don't have pneumonia. That was 4 days ago, still no response. He also, at my request, gave me a referral to a urologist, but when I called I discovered they don't take my insurance. I sent a message to his assistant asking for a new referral and didn't get a response, but received a text from a urologist in Dallas, TX saying they received a referral for me and I should call to schedule an appointment. I'm in [omitted], NM. Dallas is 650 miles away. I won't be making any appointments with them. I sent yet another message to the assistant asking for a referral for urology at Lovelace, again no response.
