Because he explains everything very well, very professional, very satisfied with his service, feel comfortable with him.

For my first appointment with him as a new PCP, we worked together with great alacrity as Optum requires discussions of all conditions, meds, and history, yet only allows 20 minutes for the first appointment. I'm [omitted], and with a cariologist, an endochrinologist, and a nephrologist in my medical pack, I've had more than a tonsillectomy, a rash, and 1 visit to a hospital. The notion of 20 minutes to review that is absolutely absurd, and suggests just what you thing about patients.Fortunately, the doctors work diligently to still provide good medical care anyway.

Jerald Loy seems to be overworked and under a lot of pressure.

He has always been professional and listened to my concerns. He answers questions and makes appropriate referrals.

Dr. Loy was very knowledgeable and thorough. I wish he was accepting new patients because I would switch my primary provider to Dr. Loy.
