Dr Russo is very thorough and spends as much time as needed to address the patients concerns.

First of all, he's an MD, not a PA, which I prefer. Second, he actually took time to look at my medical record before our first meeting and identified an issue that my previous three PCPs did not. He explains things well, is quite courteous, and seems genuinely concerned about my health.

he did not even review my test results on a serious heart issue I have been diagonsed with nor did he listen to my heart, look at my eyes, ears, etc. Ask me any questions about my current health. He instead took personal phone calls and tried to badger me into getting vacines.
