I had a hard time talking to him. He seemed rushed when he came into the room. I told him that I needed help with my pain. I didn't say anything else because I usually start to tell a lengthy medical history with all of my symptoms. He was annoyed by my short answer as he asked for more information. I tried to talk but I was frozen. I told him that I had expressive aphasia and I was trying to find my words. I can't remember much about what I said about my health. I think that he's a good doctor and he complimented Gerald Loy, NP for his comprehensive blood panel that was ordered and Dr. Greenberg ordered a couple more blood tests to determine inflammation which made me feel like I was receiving care.

I don’t really know him

My primary left. Optum botched an appointment request for a annual physical exam. Dr. Jack was available for a same-day appointment. He will not be my primary. Seemed very busy, but did see me twice and provided a diagnosis, for which I'm grateful.

He is the first doctor actually support in getting tested for the side affects ( diabetes) ( cholesterol) He us the 1st to care to take action. Ive taken and will continue to take meds for life ( mental illness) He didn't just analyze my mental health but also my physical health...never ever in [omitted] years were both important..

Very knowledgeable, courteous, provided the answers I needed to clarify my questions, authorized my prescription refill that day.

Having Dr. Greenberg for many years as my PCP, I hope to do so as long as he’s available.

The length of time he spent with me, less than 5 minutes. His attitude toward me was one of ,I'm in a hurry, I need to get to my next patient. He didn't talk about getting a mammogram, bone density test, or go over my recent labs. He said he wouldn't refill my compounding medication with no explanation why he wouldn't. As he flew out the door, he said, your labs are fine.

Excellent interaction skills

Dr. Greenburg is one of the few doctors in practice that has the ability to find problems with your health that very few doctors have, at least in my experience.

In spite of working for Optum, he provides excellent, compassionate care to his patients. He genuinely cares about them and their health. You should get his input about how to provide care to patients.
