Very nice and professional Meade me feel comfortable.

Very professional, efficient and caring. Listened attentively to my symptoms and checked those things I mentioned when she did her exam.

No follow up. Ordered labs and they were normal. But no follow up regarding symptoms that may not even have shown up in labs.

She was kind and patient and helped me with an acute cough even though I was not her regular patient.

This was answered on the first question. She made me feel unheard and as though she were condescending. I felt that although this is a post op incision for a total knee replacement, I was over reacting. Now I have to find care for a wound that is still not cleared up and I can not make myself return to that office.

She was great but something went wrong she put in the system for 6 months of prescription till you guys find me a doctor but today I could not get my ozepic

I did not feel that the Nurse Practitioner was fully understanding my issues and was not responding properly with resolutions. She kept saying she could not answer my questions and to ask my PCP. I repeatedly inquired about the importance of my issues yet she did not seem to respond accurately. Her manner and conversation were odd and I would not like to engage with her again. I was there to get some specific questions answered and it was a chore to get any resolution.

She is very personable and explains her thoughs well. She asks questions to get clarification on description of issue.
