Very helpful

She listened, responded to what I said, and did what I asked.

Limited in what she can do as an NP. Rushed me out. Would not take the time to answer questions or even address in any way more than half of the health issues.

She is knowledgeable, approachable, professional. I do believe she is burned out by Optum. So sad to lose her as my primary care ptivider

She is the best!

She took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, exam me, and go over alternative treatment plans. For the first time in a very long time, a provider was thorough and didn't rush in and rush out. She was polite, attentive to my concerns, and made me feel like I was actually seen and heard. Even though I had to drive all the way across town (45 minutes), I would definitely recommend her.

She is professional, polite, on time, a very good listener, I never feel I have to convince her of anything as I have with many other primaries. She also takes time on her own time to follow up with me to make sure things have been done.! absolutely stellar!!! I just hope she doesn’t leave Optum/NM like all the other good providers end up doing
