Very professional and nice person !!!

I went to get a prescription refill and during the exam I asked if she could put in paperwork so I could have blood tests for my annual physical. She stated that the exam was only for a prescription refill and if I wanted a physical exam and blood work, I would have to set up a separate appointment. Optum continually does this to patients and it is extremely frustrating. They make me set up an appointment every year to get my prescription refilled even though I have been on the same medication for many years.
