Previously I had been assigned to Dr. Sedas for a very long time and I was very glad at my good fortune. When he retired though I was sort of in limbo being assigned to another practioner for a short period of time and that practioner left. Then and I was given a choice of assignment to two other practioners I didn't know and I choze Dr. Schneider. I've since had two appointments with him and I am very pleased with this assignment.

He's not the same doctor. I've been seeing him for 9 years. Sometimes he's very friendly. The past couple of years, he's been very un-personable, abrupt, head looking down and showing anger when questioned. He appears to have lost LOTS of weight and I am worrying he may be ill??? I like Dr. Schneider, but under these circumstances, i am about ready to seek another primary physician elsewhere. He is NOT the same man!

Dr. Schneider has treated me as not only a patient but a friend for years. His interest in my health and wellbeing has been a primary reason for being a patient of this practice for years. His knowledge of treatments and ailments has always been impressive. He has always provided me with with all the information necessary for me to make informed decisions regarding my health. He will have me as a patient as long as he's practicing medicine.

Very disrespectful, demeaning, insensitive, insulting. Mad because he had to fill out paperwork for my special needs sister.

He was not the primary for me. He even told me during the visit that there were nurse practitioners available as a primary care provider. My initial visit he was running behind. I was told to arrive on a [omitted]. I got seen about 840 am. I went in to go over blood results, ear ache/ hearing issue and weight management. We briefly went over blood results and when he tried to look at a past renal exam he was looking at another patients chart. I had to get two future appointments for my other concerns and they were scheduled for a month later. He notified me that initial appointments are only 10 to 15 minutes and I would have to come back for further evaluation.

I don’t like Schneider. He’s narcissistic and has a mean side. He’s jovial one minute, and then stern/mean the next. He loves to hear himself talk on a myriad of non-medical topics. But when I’m talking, he quickly cuts me off. This triggers my CPTSD (childhood trauma of emotional and psychological abuse). He was extremely confused. He thought I was there to establish with him. He had no idea who I was. He angrily accused me of seeing[omitted] (he told me she was back; she’s not back!), behind his back! I explained that I saw her, but she left, and I established with him on [omitted]. He didn’t believe me. I had to explain it again, and he was still suspicious. He only believed me after he reviewed his notes in my file and admitted that, yes, I was established with him. This severely triggered my CPTSD. My anxiety level rose as I was trying to get him to believe me, and I was triggered into my false comfort state of being a people-pleaser, o[omitted]. I hate conflict and was shocked that it was happening with my doctor! He is a bully. I had new issues to discuss. He sharply said that this appointment wasn’t for new problems. He said it was a 6-month review of existing issues. This obscure rule, which I’ve never encountered with any doctor, further triggered me. In anger, I crumpled my list of issues, but stupidly apologized later. He never apologized for his confusion about who I was! He said I’d have to make a new appointment to discuss new problems. I’ve never had a doctor refuse to listen to new medical issues in all my [omitted]. He said, “They only give us 10 minutes with each patient.” I told him I waited for an hour to see him (each time I’ve seen him, by the way). He said, “Just because you waited an hour doesn’t mean you get an hour.” He said we were cutting into his next patient’s time. What about my time?!?!??? He takes up so much time talking about other things, it’s no wonder everyone has to wait an hour! After he entered the room, he took more than ten minutes to figure out who I was. I know he has a million patients, but he should review the file before entering. It would have saved the long time it took to convince him I was his patient. He uses most of the time catching up and talking about unrelated things, then says we are out of time!!! He also bullied me during my first medication review [omitted]. He said sternly and abruptly that he wouldn’t refill my Estradiol prescription. He even said in a mean tone, “…and don’t try to talk me out of it.” He delineated the reasons to stop taking it, but also suggested that I get it from my gynecologist! He acknowledged that he was worried about getting in trouble for prescribing it. Obviously, he was more concerned with the ramifications for himself rather than my health. I don’t like it when he hugs me before I leave. It’s weird and inappropriate. I was afraid of his reaction if I refused to hug him. With all the viruses circulating, he shouldn’t be hugging.

I've been with Dr. Schneider for about 8 years, and I really like his approach to health care because he explains options and allows me as the patient to ask questions, express concerns, and participate in the final decision for my best interest.

I have had only one visit with doctor Schneider to see if he would accept me as a patient. During that visit I formed a very positive opinion of him but I don't have a history of treatment with him yet but anticipate that I will be very well served to have him as my primary doctor.

I gave Dr. David D. Schneider a highly positive recommendation because of his active, thorough dedication to patient care. He goes well beyond a standard check-up, taking the time to listen, follow up, and ensure I am completely supported in my health. This level of proactive advocacy and genuine attentiveness builds immense trust, making it easy to highly recommend him.
