She was very informative and was able to provide all the testing I needed immediately. Explained my results and my prescriptions was all done within that first visit. She also told me to be sure to contact her if I had any problems. She was very accommodating.

She was very communicative, helpful and did issue the referral I needed for colon cancer screening, although the gastroenterologist I was referred to has yet to schedule an appointment with me which is very disappointing. I am sorry Optum is going to lose Christine Mayes. I am sure she will do well in her future endeavors elsewhere.

She always listen to my concerns and was always available. I am going to miss her.

In 2006 Dr Amy Hickson stopped practicing, until 2022 when I was able to see Laura Onorato I couldn’t find a dr that treated me like I had a brain. Sadly, when she left I was again looking for a Dr…..I feel very lucky I found Christine Mayes! She listens, cares about what I say!

She is very nice, friendly and caring. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed them. She didn't rush me. She is full of knowledge and shares suggestions.

Started seeing her for an issue and when I made a follow up appointment, I was told she no longer works there.

I saw her 3 years ago but she wasn’t able to have her own patients because she was new. When I had to see a provider recently, I specifically asked for Christine. I absolutely love her. She is kind and listens. She is knowledgeable and explains in a way I can understand. Most importantly, I trust her. I haven’t had a PCP in over 20 yrs. I thought I had finally found the one for me. Unfortunately, corporate healthcare exists in the US and she’s leaving.

She is fantastic.

This is the third provider that has left in a relatively short period of time. I've been happy with the providers; it's just hard to get re-established with another provider each time they leave.

She was very polite and courteous, but she referred me to a cardiologist who was a hospitalist. I don't really if it was her or her staff.
