I believe she was a big reason, that I am live to fill out this survey. Her perseverance in obtaining my blood work, looking at my white cell count, and immediately getting me into for ct abdominal scan, and then calling me urgently to get to the ER. She should be recognized as an outstanding medical provider!

She is covering for our doctor who is retiring and she treated us like criminals. We have been going to same doctor fur 45 years, all our records are together, [omitted] years old and went off about controlled medicine saying our two prior doctors over 45 years should have been doings drug testing every three months- mind you, with all my severe medical conditions I’m already seen every two to three months, and my doctors know me- she didn’t. She ordered a drug panel 12 testing for every drug invented. Mind you same doctor, always with[omitted] 45 years, never a failed test, sent regular bases and she believes I’m a druggie. Not only that but the expense of the drug panel for a retiree’s income. It was unnecessary, rude, and another she wanted the test done within one hour of ordering it. It was a [omitted] from our house to the lab she wanted it done at. Also, no bed side manner and her tone in her messages was very flippant. I never want her to provide care for me EVER again. Matter of fact, scheduling tried to give my son an appointment with her and he went with me to my appointment and he refused even though it was going to delay his chemo treatments- he is terminally ill. [omitted] needs to get back to caring and compassion along with some common sense and less attitude. This doctor was not caring for us but tolerated us and failed to provide care for us. The stress she put us through, especially with my depression and anxiety due to dementia onset- a drug panel testing me for over 50 drugs- ridiculous. Maybe she should pay the bill!!!

Dr Angela Spraggins is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. She always listens to me, answers my questions, and I feel satisfied with my level of care when I leave my appointment. She’s real and has a good sense of humor also.

She knew nothing about my medical history. She sent a prescription to my pharmacy and my pharmacy has been trying to contact her to replace my prescription and she has not responded so I am still with no medication.
