She was polite but I could tell she was rushing my appointment and was not fully listening to my concerns.

First visit with her

I had a disappointing experience with the nurse practitioner at the Optum medical facility. During my visit, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the interaction came across as rushed and dismissive. There was limited effort to fully understand my symptoms or explain next steps in a clear and reassuring way. Good healthcare should involve listening, empathy, and thorough communication, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I left feeling frustrated and uncertain about my care. I hope the facility works on improving patient communication and attentiveness, as these are critical to building trust and providing quality care.

She is very concern about health, and put in a prescription for me to get a blood pressure machine. She wants me to monitor my blood pressure to keep me well.

Awful service. Had an annual physical with Zahia Zhort, NP as a new patient. She barely looked at me, asked 3 questions, and was completely uninterested in what i had to say. She shouldnt be allowed to practice medicine. Never going there again.

She was caring and gave good advice. Recommended a medication I’ve never had before (cough medicine). I was skeptical but it was good advice!

She didn’t want to listen, rushed me out of the room. I don’t know how she has a license to care for people.

She prescribed the wrong dosage, which cost me $200, and there was no accountability or proper follow-up to correct the mistake.

Zahia Zahort only spent a few minutes with me and only asked if I had any specific questions. She didn't ask the questions reflected on my visit summary, do a breast exam, or advise me on self exams. I was so surprised that the visit was over that I didn't get a chance to ask about anything else

No follow up on my abnormal test results

I had to ask numerous times to review what vaccines I’m behind on or eligible for now, and did not get clear answers. I see I’m behind on things in my chart after the appointment and need to schedule another visit now.

She’s very nice and listen very attentive about my concerns

She didn’t really try to heal me; she just threw medications at me, which didn’t work. Absolutely no care to the underlying issue. Seems lack of competency, not personal.
