Waited in the room for 50 minutes for her, she walked in with no regard that I waited forever to see her. Only saw her for 10 mins. Told me to f/u in a month for weight loss management. I keep trying to reach her and th office about switching my pharmacy and it’s been 8 days and they’ve done nothing. I cannot reach anyone!!

Untimely follow up, little time spent with patient

Long wait times in the exam room. I

She was very dismissive, took her less than 1 minute she just signed off for the referrals and dismissed everything else I told her I was feeling.

Availability

My first visit I had to leave because she was so behind. I was never informed and after 45 mins in the exam room, I had to leave myself and get back to work. The next time, I was just wasting her time- or so it felt. She barely looked me in the eye and when she took a cell phone call and left the room, I was completely baffled by her unprofessionalism. If she didn’t have the time or care to talk to me, I could have saved ourselves a lot of trouble. I work in a medical facility and I never treat my patients like that.

She does not spend time to listen. Rushes in and rushes out. Nice person but doesn't do a thorough assessment.

There have been MANY instances where I felt as though she really wasn't listening to me and as a patient, I think it is very important for the provider to allow a patient to speak of their concerns and address them. Example, I was speaking with her about a side effect of a medication I'm taking and she proceeded to recommend that I do a study of some sort! Again, I have not had this particular side effect until I started this medication, so I know that this study isn't necessary and told her so. She did acknowledge that and as I'm walking out of the visit, she once again recommended this study.

She’s an outstanding data and yes, I would recommend her and I have recommended her to other people

The doctor is very professional and she listens and understands my needs.

I had physical exam and she did very little to do physical exam. The whole exam took less than 5 minutes.
