Dr. Leonor Ramos was very professional and compassionate. She answered my questions and was clear yet thorough.

Compassionate and knowledgeable. She explains and answers your question, very friendly and takes time addressing health issues that you might have. She is attentive, professional and personable.

Dr. Ramos had so much compassion that it left such an impression on me. I felt literally like she cared for me genuinely. She praised me a lot about the good things that I’m doing about my health and did not shame me for the things I wasn’t doing. I felt very proud of my health and hopeful that I can see her again if I needed to. She made me feel very cared for.

I asked for a script for electric wheelchair and a big wheel walker. That was on my visit of the[omitted] and still haven’t received it yet.

Dr Ramos explains very well and takes her time to make sure you understand what's going on with your health, giving you the best solution to go about.

Never was I given a straight answer from her, she knows that specialists were taken away, she knows I am in horrendous need of a kidney doctor and she just keeps saying ask the receptionist as the receptionist. I asked her questions about why am I taking two blood pressure medications, it doesn't have an answer. She doesn't make you feel comfortable if I come in with a few questions she is already cutting me off after the first speaking about bs. Last visit explain to her of horrific pain on the top of my head. Once in awhile I get a brick falling on top of my head that's the feeling. I asked her if it was a sign of a stroke or should I be scared. Her answer was too journal when I get pain like that. It happened too often head pain which I never had in the past and asked her perhaps to make sure it was a test she said not now just journal when it happens and let me know. I have zero confidence in her. I just am a person that is ready for my doctor visit and I come along with a few questions about meds pains I walk in there and I walk out even more stupid. Girls at the front desk is always the doctor's answer the girls in the front will help you. As I stated I have zero confidence and I feel so stupid walking out of the appointment worse than I walked in. I could probably write a short journal but I answered what was asked of me
