I have said this even about Kyle Viola who was my PA before Faiza Qureshi they seem way more engaged than the doctors. More willing to answer questions than the doctors that seem to act like doctors normally do and they speed you through the appointment. Some of the PAs like Faiza Qureshi and Kyle Viola that left Optum seem to want to make sure you understand what you need to do, why you need to do it, and they try to explain it to a regular person, even though I have medical knowledge but I still appreciate that some PAs do this almost always.
