She is a wonderful doctor, I have been going to her for years, If it was not for Doctor Simon I would not be signed up for Optum.

Dr. Elizabeth Simon, is unfocused. She hears my complaint and 5 minutes later she asks again. I am the one who has to tell her which blood work order I need a prescription for. I told her I am moving from another state, need some referral to other specialists so I can start to see other doctors to follow up in the new state but her questions were what is your previous diagnosis to write you a referral for. Unreal.

I am Dr. Simon's problem child and I am [omitted]. She inherited me as a patient from Dr. Moon and God Rest his soul. That man saved my life and Dr. Simon continues to treat me the way he did and she makes sure that I'm okay. I'll follow her anywhere. You moved her from the North Bergen office to West New York and never notified me. I showed up at the North Bergen office for a physical and found out they moved. Just went to make my physical appointment in the new office in West New York and just found out that they closed in October and now I have to go to Bayonne. It's a 2 and 1/2 hour ride for me but see Dr. Simon. I will go there. Dr. Simon is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to you. She's personable. She remembers things about you that has nothing to do with your medical history. She's just an all-around great doctor and a good person and as long as she's with you guys I will be her patient and if she ever leaves you guys you'll lose me as a patient too because I will follow her to our next office She's just amazing
