I've had relief.
Knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, good listener, provides information needed. Would sometimes like more time with Dr. Yu, but Optum probably controls this.
Does not have a good personality. I asked him if he could recommend a doctor for my diabetes, which he said I needed. He said hat doctor got laid off and never answered my question. Terrible experience.

Very knowledgeable and gave me information about costs for tests needed. He advised which laboratory has better prices and to ask for the cost before having the lab work done. If the cost of the lab work is going to be over a certain amount he advised I should come back to a script for another lab under my plan.
