Mandira Rajakarnikar, MD

Dr. Mandy received her medical degree from Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy in Russia in 2000. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Eau Claire Family Medicine in Wisconsin in July 2015, then returned to Overland Park to be near family and friends. She joined Encompass in November 2015. Prior to residency, Dr. Mandy worked as a Medical Officer in Nepal from 2002 to 2006, with experience in a Cardiac Care Unit, Neurosurgical ICU, Emergency Room, and General Hospital Ward. She enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures, is fluent in English, Nepali, Hindi, and Russian, and enjoys biking and camping.
