Although she said nothing disrespectful, I just felt that she was not taking what I was telling her seriously and was disappointed that no tests or follow up was offered .

I feel that she didn’t bother looking at my chart or finding out about me before she saw me. I think it was only the second time I saw her so she really didn’t know much about me.

She was very nice & respectful, but she was not familiar with me or my medical history. I had to visit after a recent ER visit & it basically was a waste of time as even though my labs were terrible, it was decided that we would take a wait & see if they get better approach.

I enjoyed talking to a lady close to my age. They have had problems that come from their length of years on this earth! I can tell that Terry has worked many years in the medical field.

Because she didn’t even review my file before walking in and asking me if I had diabetes. I was coming in to see someone about all the bug bites that I had received in my yard. I don’t take any medications at all, so I did NOT appreciate her assumption of diabetes when it was about bug bites!!!!
