She was very kind and helpful w my situation and I appreciate that very much

I have only seen her one time in recent months, so I am not quite sure about a rating. This one time, she was pleasant and seemed thorough in her review of my chart, asking me questions, and responding to my questions.

She was polite and knowledgeable about my problem, but when the medication I needed was faxed to the pharmacy, the pharmacist either didn't receive the fax the day I saw her or it was a medication that was not in the approved insurance formulary. The prescription was faxed so late in the day when it did arrive that the pharmacist could not call her until the following day. Four prescriptions were faxed over as many days and the pharmacist and I were not happy because only the 4th one was acceptable to my insurance. So it was the 5th day (including the weekend) that I didn't have medication for my problem.

I felt she was better prepared, or the new health program is better equipped to keep her informed

She listens to my concerns & explains why she is choosing the meds or treatment for me. She does not make me feel like I am being rushed through

I did not feel like I received dedicated, competent care. As I mentioned, Susan told me that she was going to prescribe an anti-inflammatory, but it was actually a muscle relaxant. At every point in the process, I had to message to get further action. My meds did not show up at the pharmacy, so I had to message to ask where they were -- we will send them again. My referral to Rayas for an MRI was not there. We will send it again. One week after I had the results of my MRI via the portal and had heard nothing from the office, I sent a message via the portal saying that I see that I have a meniscus tear -- what do I do? No message, no response. Just a call directly from an orthopedic office in Logansport!

Did not spend much time with her during the visit, was a very brief interaction. Wish I would have been walked through or explained a little more given it was my first visit. Overall, the visit felt a little transactional and less personal which made it less comfortable.

She is great on educating me which I value greatly.

She is Carrington and very thorough I think these new computer system is time consuming. Might be better if you had a scrub again.
