I went in for my initial visit in [omitted] and she (Michelle L. Bliley) haplessly prescribed my anti anxiety medication in [omitted] with only 2 refills at 30 pieces a fill until [omitted] of this year that being 6months and said I was boring and bullied me

She did not get back to me on the results of the blood work that she ordered.
