Mr. Behna had to google an answer to a question I had asked and that was disconcerting. When Mr. Behna used his stethoscope to listen to my heart and lungs, he barely touched me with the stethoscope, leading me to wonder how he could have possible gotten a reading.

HE listened and had a plan! AND CARRIED through with it!
